Karamalz

Karamalz is a non-alcoholic malt drink launched in Bavaria in 1958. It is the original malt beer, and Germany’s most popular malt drink. Karamalz quenches your thirst the healthy way: it contains only natural ingredients – wheat and barley malt, glucose, hops, caramelised sugar and pure brewing liquor – and is produced in accordance with the German Purity Law. Karamalz is suitable for the whole family, and a healthy alternative to cola or energy drinks. A Freiburg University study found Karamalz prevents dehydration, preserves vital physical functions and supports the utilisation of carbohydrates.
