Adobo is a traditional South American seasoning used to add flavour to all your meals - meat, seafood, soup, rice, casseroles, and even pizza.
Sprinkle or rub onto meat or seafood prior to cooking. For stronger flavour , mix Adobo with oil and rub onto meat to marinade overnight.
Adobo is also a perfect base to prepare a variety of sauces, such as chimichurri, salsa verde and more.
Ingredients: Oregano, Red bell pepper, Cayenne pepper.
